4.2 Web3 wallet sign-in

If you sign in using a compatible Web3 wallet (e.g. Trust Wallet, MetaMask):

- You connect voluntarily; we never request your seed phrase, private keys, or remote wallet control.

- You are responsible for securing your wallet and device.

- Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.

5. SERVICES OVERVIEW

mozotrade provides a cryptocurrency trading platform that may include:

6. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS & FEES

12. TERMINATION & REFUNDS

12.2 Withdrawal of principal (investment plans)

For fixed-term investment plans, principal may only be withdrawn according to the plan rules (e.g. upon term expiry), as shown in your account.

12.3 Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a transaction issue, contact us first at contact@mozotrade.com. Do not initiate a payment dispute with a third party until you have allowed reasonable time for us to investigate.

13. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & MAINTENANCE

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, DDoS mitigation, hosting issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by reasonable maintenance or unforeseen outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. mozotrade is a U.S.-based company operating from New York.

Any dispute shall first be addressed by contacting contact@mozotrade.com. If not resolved within a reasonable time, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your state of residence within the United States.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
